Concerts & Nightlife

In a gradual transition from the street to the garden, through the library stairs, past the Geddes exhibition and up to the rooftop, the Liebling Haus will become a "Health House" for one night. Every corner of the house will host activities for the body and soul: a psychology and movement workshop with the Vertigo Dance Company; a "Lavender Corner" featuring planting and natural tea preparation in the garden; a collaborative woodcarving workshop in the studio; meditative viewing of the "Life, Plant, City" exhibition in the gallery; and an intuitive reading and writing session on urbanism and wellbeing in the library. The evening will culminate in an experimental "Deep Listening" concert under the starlit sky.
A century ago, Tel Aviv was designed as a green "Garden City, " emphasizing the importance of public space for the quality of life and health of its residents. Today, more than ever, urban public spaces that encourage gathering, dialogue, movement, and a connection to nature contribute to mental health and resilience during challenging times — security-wise, socially, politically, and personally. After a complex period for us all, we invite you to join us for an evening dedicated to Geddes’ spirit of health.
